The Rem&Coil's advanced 13.8 kV rated stator coils manufacturing technology
The Rem&Coil's advanced 13.8 kV rated stator coils manufacturing technology is a new opportunity for our customers.
The Rem&Coil plant manufactures custom coils of stator windings with voltage from 380V to 13800V. Our stator coils meet the most stringent requirements for reliability, durability, efficiency and are used in all industrial sectors.
Until now we have not received many orders for the production of coils with a voltage of 13.8 kV, but at the moment the situation has changed, and we have decided to create a separate line, refine the technology and increase the staff.
We started refining the technology by analyzing materials and tested several electrical insulation tapes from leading Russian and European suppliers.
According to the test results, the most suitable material was determined: Elmikaterm 52409 produced by OJSC Elinar Holding Company. This material has excellent dielectric parameters and is easy to process.
We also carried out the modernization of the insulating machine, because the tape Elmikaterm 52409 should warm up during the application to the coil.
The insulation system of the stator coils under a voltage of 13.8 kV requires a special crimping mode, which is very difficult to provide in manual mode. Therefore, a hydraulic press with software control was developed and manufactured by our specialists for this project.
At the moment, all experimental work has been completed, the technology has been worked out.
