Rem&Coil manufactures all types of coils for motors, AC and DC generators, traction electric motors, wave- and diamond-shaped armature coils for DC machines, as well as stator coils for voltage up to 18 kV and stator bars for electric motors, AC and DC generators.
We also offer a repair kit for quick and easy coils placing. It can include: wedges and spacers, insulation and protection materials, thermal sensors, wire for circuit assembly, lead ends, solder, and bonding cords.
Resin Rich System (including coils up to 18 kV)
The Resin Rich insulation system is compatible with motors and generators up to 18 kV. It is designed to resist severe environmental conditions due to its outstanding mechanical, thermal and electrical properties.
VPI (up to 10 kV)
The Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) system has excellent mechanical and dielectrical properties.
Insulation System for Low-Voltage Coils (up to 1 kV)
This system is designed for motors and generators with operational voltages up to 1 kV. It is used in case when no insulation tape can be used in order to ensure the insulation strength of coils.
