Personal data processing concent

By entering my personal data (name, surname, e-mail address, etc.), hereinafter referred to as Personal Data, at the website www.rem-and-coil.com /www.rem-and-coil.eu / www.rem-and-coil.ru / www.remcoil.ru I give my consent to Rem&Coil LLC (with registered office at Bolshevikov av., 52, bldg. 9A, 193315, St. Petersburg), hereinafter referred to as the Company, as well as its authorized agents to process Personal Data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, elaboration (update, amendment), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, granting, access), depersonalization, blocking, erasure, and destruction with or without the use of automation.

This consent to the use of Personal Data is granted for the purpose of providing me with information about products, services and events held by the Company and/or its partners, promotions and discounts on products and services of the Company and/or its partners, consulting and conducting marketing research.

Upon my written application to the Company, the Personal Data stored in the Company’s archives will be provided, amended, updated or deleted, in accordance with the principles and rules stipulated by the Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July, 2006 “On Personal Data”.

This consent remains in force without limit of time until its complete withdrawal.
