The presentation of the training center and the speech in the business program "Electro-2022"
From the 6th till the 9th of June of 2022, the Rem&Coil plant took part in a significant event for the development of the energy and electrical markets, the 30th anniversary international exhibition "Electrical Equipment. Light engineering. Automation of buildings and structures" – "Electro-2022".
This year, more than 150 companies from 8 countries took part in the exhibition and business program: Austria, Germany, Spain, China, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Moldova, Russia and Turkey.
Due to recent political events, there is a trend towards import substitution, therefore, leading manufacturers and suppliers of electrical equipment have familiarized specialists with advanced developments and effective solutions in the electrical industry.
The exposition was complemented by a business program that presented a wide range of specialized industry congress events.
In one of the conferences named "Promising projects and directions for the development of electric machines and electrical insulation materials in the face of modern challenges" hosted by the international association Interelectromash, our employees took an active part as experts with a presentation. We have prepared material on anti-crisis solutions in the field of repair and production of electric machines, discussed the development of the industry and the impact of sanctions, and also presented our new training center.
The Training Center has been created on the basis of the Group of Companies for the Repair of Electric Machines (SZEMO Holding, which includes the company Rem &Coil), since any technologies and methods of maintenance and repair of electric motors are constantly being improved and updated, there is a need for fresh knowledge. Today, in order for the company to be effective, the knowledge and skills of employees must be constantly updated and be relevant. The money invested in a training is an investment, not an expense.
According to the research conducted jointly with the Polytechnic University, employee training allowed to increase labor productivity from 65% to 80%, and the second motivating factor after receiving monetary remuneration was the possibility of self-realization.
The speakers were: Andrey Tishkov - the General Director of Novgorodelektroremont LLC and Ekaterina Sukhanova - the Head of the training center of the Group of Companies for the repair of Electric Machines.
The conference was also attended by leading members of the international association Interelectromash and industry enterprises, including: ELINAR, Ruselprom, Yaroslavl Electric Machine Building Plant (ELDIN), JSC Elektroizolit, All–Russian Electrotechnical Institute — branch of FSUE RFNC - VNIITF, etc.
