The manufacture of sections for low-floor trams
Our company “REM and Coil” together with “Novgorodelektroremont” have successfully mastered the manufacture of sections of stator windings for electric motors, which, according to the import substitution program, will be installed in low-floor trams.
In this project, our task was not just to complete the order, but to do it very quickly and efficiently. To do this, it was necessary to make highly specialized equipment, thanks to which we were able to satisfy the customer in terms of volume and cost.
The main advantages of the new engine are:
- increased service life,
- lower price compared to imported analogues with comparable technical characteristics
- the presence of protection of bearing assemblies from electroerosion, which can lead to equipment breakdown.
At the moment, the sections of our production are installed not only on electric motors in most industrial enterprises of the country, but now they are also installed in trains, trams, trolleybuses. And soon in electric buses.
