Rem&Coil: investments in knowledge
Since the beginning of this year, Rem&Coil began a fruitful cooperation with the Electric Machine College (EMС) and within the framework of this cooperation signed a contract on practical training of students on the basis of our plant.
EMС has been training specialists in working professions for over 100 years. High quality of teaching, modern technological equipment, thought-out organization of the educational process and leisure time of students - all this allows the educational institution to occupy one of the leading places among the professional educational institutions of St. Petersburg for many years.
Our joint practical training includes:
- conducting tours of the plant for college students,
- Creating joint training courses,
- conducting practical training.
On December 16 the last excursions to the workshops of Rem&Coil plant and Electromashina production association took place this year. Excursions for the first-year students in the specialty "QCD Controller" at the plants were conducted by the leading engineer-technologist Dmitry Khodnev and the head of the testing group Victor Vereda.
The students learned why stator сoils are used in electric motors, and for the first time they saw a life-size stator of one of our customers. After that general director of Rem&Coil Alexandr Novikov told the students about the goals and objectives of the company as well as the attractiveness of the plant as a future place of work for modern students.
At the end of the event a small buffet was arranged for everyone.
