REM&Coil specialists conducted professional training for PPS employees
From January 31 to February 4, 2026, specialists from the REM&Coil plant conducted professional training for employees of Professional Power Services (PPS), a long-standing client and partner of the company.
The training took place at the customer's site and was organized upon PPS's request with the aim of enhancing their own specialists' qualifications and developing their practical competencies in electric machine repair.
As part of the program, participants received instruction on winding electric machines and studied methods for insulating live parts. Particular attention was paid to the practical aspects of performing technological operations, as well as quality and reliability requirements for repair work. Conducting the training directly at the customer's facility allowed PPS specialists to gain knowledge and practical skills tailored to the specifics of their workflows and equipment.
