New equipment at the plant
On October 2, 2019, the Rem&Coil plant was replenished with new equipment, RAL molding machine manufactured by American company CAM Innovation.
The machine molds the final shape of the coil from D-shape blank. In this case the exact radius of front parts is automatically achieved. At the end of the process, the exact geometry of coil ready for laying directly into the stator is obtained.
Advantages of the equipment:
• Completely automated operation mode.
• The programmable machine automatically stretches the coil and finally molds it.
• A rigid, heavy machine bed plate and high hydraulic force provide molding even heavy copper sections with a constant result.
• Software calculates positions in 3D, so that when the operator adjusts one size, the program automatically calculates all other machine movements to ensure the geometry of the programmed coil.
• Coil molding takes about 25-35 seconds.
• The front part of the coil is molded with a repeated exact radius.
We strive to stay ahead of the desires of customers, so we regularly work on expanding the range of products. To do this, we upgrade the existing equipment and buy new one.
