On September 4, as part of the long-term partnership between the Rem&Coil plant and the Engineering School of SUAI (State University of Aerospace Instrumentation), Aleksandr Novikov, Director of Rem&Coil, and Ekaterina Sukhanova, Director of M.O. Dolivo-Dobrovolsky Educational Center, congratulated S.V. Solenyi, Vice-Rector for Educational Technologies and Innovation Activities, and Y.O. Shvets, Director of the Engineering School of SUAI, with their new positions. To celebrate the appointments, the heads of Rem&Coil gave them gifts and letters of appreciation and thanked them for their professionalism.

In addition to the congratulatory part, Aleksandr Novikov, Director of Rem&Coil, gave a presentation to the third year students to introduce the plant and aid them in selecting a technical topic for a year-long project.

The close partnership between the Engineering School and the Rem&Coil plant began from supervising student projects and offering internships at the enterprise. Moreover, this year, the Engineering School developed a three-months long individual advanced training course for Rem&Coil production engineers. M.O. Dolivo-Dobrovolsky Educational Center supervised the course development process, its content, and implementation time.

Regular advanced training fosters professionalism, improves product quality, and contributes to successful development of the enterprise. The remote course ended up being quite comprehensive and versatile which provides an opportunity for students to learn about various aspects of hard sections production and deepen their knowledge of physics. At all stages of training, the professors of SUAI tracked the students' performances, checked assignments and laboratory work, and were always available for consultations. Right now, all the specialists of this field have passed the course.

Currently, Rem&Coil and the Engineering School of SUAI jointly work on a mobile application with lifehacks for the production process in the form of short videos. It will help the employees of the plant to find solutions to various technical issues independently and in much shorter time.
