In collaboration with the State University of Aviation Instrumentation. New course in the Rem&Coil advanced training program.
Rem&Coil plant has contacted an industry-specific educational institution to develop an advanced training course for the plant's own production and design engineers. The institution that expressed the desire to create such a course and was able to do so according to the work specifications with all required sections was the State University of Aviation Instrumentation. M.O. Dolivo-Dobrovolsky Educational Center, established on the basis of enterprises of the group of electric motor repair companies, supervised the course development process, its content and schedule.
The importance of further professional development of production engineers cannot be overstated. Advanced education provides means for specialists to stay aware of the latest achievements and changes in the industry, as well as to improve theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Regular refresher training fosters professionalism, improves product quality, and contributes to successful development of the enterprise.
The course ended up being quite comprehensive and versatile which provides an opportunity for students to learn about various aspects of hard sections production and deepen their knowledge of physics. This approach ensures that the students (our production and design engineers) are able to comprehend the interactions between various production areas more deeply and apply the acquired knowledge in practice. The course lasts for six months and comprises 108 hours of theory and practice. Practical part includes laboratory sessions which sometimes take two weeks to complete.
At the beginning of June, six production engineers of Rem&Coil successfully completed the course and received certificates from Iana Olegovna Shvets, Engineering School Director of the State University of Aviation Instrumentation, as well as some memorable gifts. The course will be updated as needed. It should be noted that 2/3 of the course materials are useful for professional life of any employees of the group of companies who are involved in repair and production of spare details for electric motors.
